"UPDATE:when we first moved here, Riverview was fine. As time has gone one, they got more and more busy to the point that it took 6 months to determine an EPI diagnosis for one of my dogs. We have since switched to a much more hands on vet clinic and will likely not be back to Riverview. Whatever has changed in the last few years hasn’t been for the good. Too many patients and not enough time to care for them effectively. We moved to Wilkes 3 years ago with our senior German shepherd and 5 cats. Now we have 4 dogs total. Dr Sarah has always been wonderful to us. Dr Miller can be a bit prickly but I think he just has a very no-nonsense personality. We have appreciated that they’re affordable and that they’ve been willing to work with our youngest dog, who has had to work through a lot of anxiety around veterinary care and new people in general."

"Horrible! When my kitten got fixed and we went to pick her up, she was covered in cat feces! They REFUSED to clean her up! Said they had too many clients to clean up the animal we placed in their care. Rude and unprofessional!"

"Lory the office manager is absolutely horrible, she is extremely unprofessional, does not care at all about the clients or animals. She is clearly in the wrong line of work. She is only concerned about the business aspect and trying to over charge while making the Vet as much money as possible. They do not even deserve one star. If you love your pets do not come here. They specialize in killing and severe malpractice."

"Excellent and very caring employees! I travel nearly an hour to this vet for my two dogs given the genuine care and compassion of the staff and their FAIR PRICING. Walk-ins are accommodated if schedules permit."

"Went to have a puppy tested for parvo. Staff was super nice and very quick to help us. The only negative thing I can say is when I called back they wanted a five hundred "starting payment" - "down payment" to treat my 2 puppies. I understand it's just business so I treated them at home and they are healthy as ever now."
