"Have the phone call on recording, my Healthcare provider is Blue Cross. Was told to go somewhere else."
"Billed for 3 appointments in 4 months that were incomplete. 2 appointments staff failed to call in meds until I took time to track down. 1 appointment staff failed for 2 months to send paperwork to surgeon. I had to hand deliver paperwork to surgeon. I should be paid for gas and time."
"This review only has to do with the office manager. I have contacted her numerous times about a refund that is due on my children's accounts from a visit at urgent care last December and it hasn't been refunded as of yet. In December it will be a year since they went to the urgent care and she doesn't have the time to refund their money. I think they need a new office manager or someone that can refund money other than her if she's that busy. No doubt if we owed the office money she would have already sent it to collections. The other staff members have been as helpful as they can be but they all agree she's the only one who can refund they money."
"Today was the first time my mother has been to a doctor in 33 years!!! The staff at Patrick County Family practice was very kind and helpful, from the young lady that registered us in to the nurse practitioner, Kaitlyn Cobler. You guys rock!! You went above and beyond all my expectations."
