"I called this clinic to get a price on getting two dogs neutered and rabies shots. I was told they want to see the dogs on multiple visits to make sure they're up in their puppy shots. I explained they have their puppy shots and I've never needed "booster" shots after the initial 4 shots. Just a way of getting a much money out of a neuter. And you wonder why people avoid getting the pets fixed."

"I absolutely love this clinic and hope Dr. Bowen never retires. The front desk staff and vet techs are the absolute best. There is no revolving door, it’s the same friendly and knowledgeable staff each and every time I come which says a lot about how this clinic is ran. They know all four of my critters by name and are so good to them when we come. When Dr. Bowen sees them, he takes his time and goes over every question and concern without rushing me. That’s hard to find anywhere nowadays and I think it makes a tremendous difference in their quality of care. I can’t recommend them enough!"

"We didn't have to sit in a waiting room with a bunch of other the pets. They were kind to my grumpy old dog. The vet was very approachable and answered all my questions. The price for working on his teeth was much more reasonable than that quoted by a couple of other vets I've checked with. I think I've found the vet I'm going to stick with!"

"I just picked up my dog at King Veterinary Hospital. She was there for a hernia. Dr. Bowen made an incision on the wrong side of my dog. Not a slip of the knife. Why wouldn't a vet at least find the herniation before making an incision? When I asked about this he said jokingly, there will not be a charge for the extra incision. Really? No remorse? I'm a retired P.I. I have already found one customer that stated he almost killed her dog and I just started to investigate him one hour ago."
