"I unfortunately have had to edit my review I still love my primary care provider here however the urgent care is an absolute joke. Went in Tuesday was told I had a sinus infection okay I figured as much. TUESDAY NIGHT emphasis on NIGHT I started experiencing waves of pain in my stomach and back I waited it out until Friday still no better so I go back after work again. The woman I saw acted like I was an entire joke to her, her attitude and lack of compassion makes me not want to revisit this establishment when you enter a room and immediately start judging someone for coming back when they were just here Tuesday is a red flag all that was done was a urine test and multiple questioning encounters during my 2 hours spent there. Told my son to hush and be quiet which I found inappropriate he was being behaved mind you. 2 hours later I was basically told nothing at all nothing to help and the provider did not even know if a certain medication would interact with my daily medication upon being asked. I wouldn’t take anyone I love and care about to this urgent care. Long story short I felt like a joke to these people and as though my comfort and health wasn’t important to them. Ended up going to advance ER Sunday night extremely unwell to their findings I have some GI problems that will have to be addressed further."

"The front desk staff were very nice and answered any questions I had. My son was dealing with something we had taken him to 3 other providers to get a diagnosis. Emily Collette was very helpful and we left confident we will figure out what is going on. Not sure why the ratings are so low, because our experience was wonderful and our expectations were met. We will definitely be back! This was not a UC visit. We established care for this to be our PCP."

"Daughter and I both sick, and they are refusing treatment. Telling just come back in a few days.....just a money scam. This make the 3rd time my daughter was seen. Lady diagnosed her with influenza without testing. We went the next day they did testing for influenza and it was negative so she was misdiagnosed. So unprofessional....These people are rude and need to go back and be retested in the medical field. Filling a formal complaint and seeking other medical Care. Don't waste your time and money at this facility they don't care it's just a money racket to keep you coming in and in and in again."

"Such a wonderful experience — this coming from someone who has severe medical phobia. Check in was nice and easy. I was called back to my appt on time (which is huge, because the longer I sit in a doctor’s office, the more anxious I get). The nurse practitioner who came in before the doctor (I believe her name was Erin) was so kind and patient with me. Everyone was very prompt too — I did not have to wait more than a couple of minutes between my nurse practitioner leaving and my doctor entering. I was nervous about this visit, as I was a new patient coming in and had a terrible experience with my last doctor, but I am so glad I went. Doctor Brittany Grimes was absolutely phenomenal. She addressed every single issue I went in with. She listened, she was patient, and she explained her thought process. In a world where medical gaslighting is all too common, Dr. Grimes made me feel heard. So many doctors nowadays forget that their patients are still real humans. I appreciated being listened to instead of feeling like I was being rushed in and out. I will be recommending her to all of my friends. I’m so happy to have finally found a doctor that I genuinely like!"

"Everyone at this office have always been super kind and helpful to me. I wish I was better with names! I can't say enough about Dr. Horn. He is very caring and professional. He takes the time to listen and is open to help in any way that he can. I am so glad that my husband and I have switched to him, as our PCP. Ashley in the lab is also a very nice and professional employee. Like I said, I am terrible with names, but the front desk staff are always excellent and personable. We are so lucky to have great care so close to home! :)"
