"All I can say is WOW!! The customer service here is top notch. I placed an order for shooting shirts for my basketball team. I came to pick them up and there was a mix up with the order and the shirts printed were short sleeved instead of long. Kelly gave me the short sleeve shirts, and had my long sleeve shirts done and ready in time for my game the same week. Very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. They will have my business for a long time to come."

"I took a little dress there to have the M mono removed and a G put in its place. I expressed to the girl that I had searched for this dress for a long time and it was really important to me. She told me that they could do it no problem but the skinny parts of the M may leave holes when they take it out, so after it's removed they could use a "patch" to cover it, which I was totally fine with. I picked up a disaster yesterday! The girl that gave it to me said "they weren't proud of it, so it was on them". They didnt even bother to remove the M & it wasnt a patch! They just monogrammed right over the M!! I was so mad that I just took the dress and drove off. When I got home and cooled off some I decided to call them, and the girl I spoke to told me she would let me talk to the "expert". Well I suppose she was too busy, so she came back and told me that the fabric was too thin and that if I brought it back that they could TRY to salvage it. I paid a pretty penny for this little dress and now it's RUINED! I'm so disappointed I don't want to take it back to them and have them destroy it by removing all this mess! They clearly do not have much experience in monogramming and I suggest taking your business elsewhere!"
