When you see what these people deal with on a regular basis, it is hard to complain about waiting too long. I hope I don’t have to ever go to the ER again. But if I do, I am glad they are here. "Disgusting Thieves. One ER visit. 2 hours waiting to go back. 3 hours on a cot in a dirty chaotic hallway. One CT scan. Results described to me in the same hallway. Given a disgusting room for the actual treatment. 1 hour waiting for release. 11k billed to my insurance. Will never come back."

"I visited WakeMed North ED on an extremely busy New Years Day. There are no praise strong enough for these kind and caring individuals from registration to the back. I can’t even begin to name everyone for fear I’d leave that important person out.‘I do need to mention Jessica, Susan and a slew of others busting their tails to see that were given the utmost attention. I sat there and as a former ED nurse myself at main Wake and currently at WakeMed urgent care I could totally relate to them as I worked many busy and had hard fought holiday shifts and had to admire how each of them maintained a smile and pleasant attitude when I know inside that clock couldn’t move forward any faster. They all deserve a lot of respect and praise for a job well done."

"Just concerned about privacy and HIPAA with the hall beds. My last visit the nurse was unwelcoming and the iv cause pain. A week later and my arm still hurts. I had to have her remove it. Overall you are seen right away to ensure no life threatening concerns. My treating physician was attentive as well as imaging staff."
