"Went by today for a tour. Called before I went and asked if they had a spot for my child and was told yes and the director/owner would be back around 12:30....I arrived then. The lady that was present by herself didn't have the door locked and I walked right in on the children and her! Then she had to call the director because she was not on site and then I was to speak to her on the phone....I don't think so! Then the director said we are no longer accepting children under the age of 2. Maybe you need to educate your staff on this and not let them tell one thing and when I get there let a prospective parent learn something different. And the door was not even locked folks....Someone could have went in and grabbed all those children at once!"

"We love Kids Academy ! We took our grandson to another daycare before he came to Kids Academy which he would not sit in a class room environment because he's only four. The manager at kids academy assured me he could play and not be sitting long and would be having class timefor about an hour. He loves all the teachers and doesn't cry when we drop him off . If the kids come in sleepy they will put there mat out and let them go back to sleep. All I feel is love for the kids and concern when they have an issue! Good job Kids Academy!!!!!"

"- I would provide LESS than 1star if it would let me. Was pretty pleased when my grandson stared there- the 2 long time employees took very good care of him, but very poorly managed by the owner. Was asked if I would be willing to take time off or make other arrangements so one of the teachers could take her child to the dr, the manager didn't want to have to take care of 2 infants. This is WHY I went with a center not a home daycare so we would have reliable care. Thought it was tacky to have notice posted to parents that she needs payment for kids or she can't pay the bills or her staff. Was told suddenly on a early morning drop off on Thursday the nursery would be closed permanently the next day- find another daycare. Didn't know 5 weeks before, when we started, there were financial problems in your own business? Really. Very unprofessional. ----------"
