The woman who answered the phone cut me off while I was in mid sentence telling me there was no availability today. I never got the chance to tell her what was going on with my son or anything. I guess I know this is not the office I want my son going to at least, so thanks for that! My extended family stopped going to your location years ago because of terrible customer service, and I see that much hasn't changed. Do better!"
