"My husband had surgery here. Once he got to his room we found the bed was broken, nothing was in there- no wash cloths, towels or extra linens. He was left for 5 days in the same gown, the same linens, and unable to clean himself. No one ever came in to offer to clean him up or help him. The room itself was filthy - food stuck on the tray table-not a pleasant experience and hope we never have to go back!"
