"Visited this store several times. Todays visit I purchased an entire box of cigars. The cashier dumped them into a bag and said that they had to keep the box for refilling. Absurd! Also, on a previous visit I purchased a refillable lighter and it didn't even last till I made it home 10 minutes later. I asked if she would change it out and she stated no. To many other shops everywhere so this was my last visit."
