"I love this store and always shop here when I visit Blowing Rock. I especially like the artificial stems. Prices had gone up which I expected but most disappointing and almost comical were the 2 ladies at the front. They were sprawled and cross legged at the front and totally immersed in their phones. I tried to engage them and let them know I was putting something at the register but would continue shopping and I could NOT get their attention. They were talking to each other, but not minding the store or the customers. No greeting, no interaction with customers. Really bad customer service on a busy Saturday."
