"You need to watch the attitude and the way you talk to people. The volume and tone that other patrons take in other parts of the cigar lounge has no bearing on what me and my friend were doing. We were talking at an average to may be above average volume level. I don’t come to your business and give you $20 just to be censored by you. I have plenty of cigars of my own and can smoke and other places where me and my friends can have a conversation at our discretion."
"I live in Lewis Center and this is a great cigar shop. I am amazed at all the political attacks on the shop. It seems you can paint the whole city of Columbus rainbow but if somebody flies a republican flag everyone gets upset? Perhaps tolerance is something some of you people need to practice yourselves."

The man who helped us was very knowledgeable and found us some cigars he thought we would like. The selection there is very large. There’s a lounge area inside and an outside area as well. "I lived in Powell for 20+ years and started buying cigars here soon after it opened. I've always had excellent service and the selection is great. The owner has always gone out of his way to help me find gifts for customers. He also has helped me refill and fix lighters that I bought elsewhere. I recently moved over an hour away, but will still make trips to Powell to give him my business."
