"Caring, Compassionate and Competent are what comes to mind about my dads care in this hospital recently. Dad was assigned to this facility to recover from an acute infection in his lower back. The Rehab programs were outstanding as were the nurses, the meals etc. The rooms, though on smaller side are well equipped with chairs for visitors and our room had a window with a decent view. The one complaint my dad had was reported and promptly dealt with with a follow up review from an administrator. Dad has transferred from this facility to another to continue his care. Thank you all for a positive stay."

"For the most part, terrible nurses. After calling the desk, it typically takes over 30 minutes for the nurse to come to the room. Nurses have missed my brother's scheduled medications, coming by 1.5 hours late to give them. My brother calls in for something as simple as water, we wait 30 minutes, then have to recall because the nurse forgot. The nurse comes in and sits a large container of water on the table...my brother needs that water in his cup, he can't hold a half gallon of water in an open container. The patients feel as if they are a nuisance to the nurses and that the nurses have better things to do with their day. There are some nurses that are good, but the rotten ones spoil this facility. Slow, uncaring, and forgetful nursing. Rudy is an excellent nurse, can't say the same for many others."

"One of my parents were placed in Carolina Continue Care Hospital. This hospital exceeded my expectations. I had not heard of them before so and I was not sure of what to expect. Once I was there and my parent was admitted I felt welcome and the staff there were very friendly, kind, and helpful. The nurses, CNA’s, and other medical staff a very compassionate and care about their patients. I must be sure to call out to see your names as I don’t think they get the recognition that they deserve the CNA’s that were awesome. They went above and beyond what is expected of them."

"My husband was sent there from CMC Main. Was a great experience with a wonderful doctor and nursing staff. Took great care of my husband who was basically total care. The social worker was nice as she help in sending him from their hospital to a skilled nursing facility. Even the hospital food was good. Wished he could have stayed longer to become more stable but insurance company would not authorized any more days."

"One of THE BEST facilities we have been in! After being in 5 different facilities with not the greatest care this facility was a true God-send. The staff is courteous, very mindful of their patients, giving them the best care possible. We felt confident that our loved one was always being well taken care of even when we were unable to be right there. Well organized and the Case Manager was always available and made sure any questions or concerns were quickly addressed and answered. We highly recommend this facility."
