"I went to the hospital on 1/19 for a chest x-ray and ended up in the ER because I was severely dizzy. We were greeted by Denise who was very friendly and helpful. The x-ray techs were amazing. Well when we first walked in we were greeted by Alexandra. She was awesome. Then Kiran helped us with the wheelchair and Kelly with registration. They were great. Everyone was fantastic. Jennifer B, Allison, Kai, Michaela and Dr. Yde. We can't say enough about this hospital. If we have to go to a hospital this is the best one ever."

"Had to take my toddler to the ER last night, and honestly i don’t know why they have bad reviews about the ER. Our first time there. We got there and the guy assisting the front desk was really nice, waiting to be called (15 min wait). Once they took us back the nurses that saw my son, were nice as well, including the Joshua Robertson, MD who saw my son. I fully recommend this ER, we were fully taken care of."

"These wonderful people have taken such good care of me and exceed expectations of what I thought a hospital could be. They were all consistently attentive, caring, considerate and professional. I’ve never known a hospital to have such good food. When I learned about a downstairs Starbucks I asked if I could leave my floor to get a coffee; at first they said no, but then offered to have me escorted there and back safely, coffee in-hand. Of course, best of all was how my well doctor explained my condition and goals for recovery so I could understand. He listened patiently to every question and I had many. No one wants to go to the hospital, but my experience was the best a few days in a hospital could be. You’ll be safe in their care and they will carefully listen to your needs and help you recover while treating you as a human being and not just as a patient."

"My overall experience with my Dr was amazing. I went in for uncontrolled pain and ended up needing an emergency appendectomy. Everyone I encountered prior to surgery and immediately after were absolutely amazing. Two nurses however made this experience a nightmare. One by the name of Sweety Margaret Matthews and Vicki B, on the 3rd floor. These two bullies are the absolute worst health care workers I have come into contact with in any hospital setting. They will make you feel like you are an addict who is just there for meds and don’t provide quality care. Even after my surgery I was still in a great deal of pain, and made it clear. To which these two took it upon themselves and bullied us into leaving because people “don’t usually stay after an emergency appendectomy” “they leave right from PACU”. I was absolutely disgusted by their behavior and the notes left in my file after being discharged. Their notes were so far from the truth and facts of what happened it was mind boggling. Now that being said…. Olivia and Shelby were absolutely amazing! As was my dr. Unfortunately, those two particular nurses really made this experience a terrible one and I will not be returning for any care."
