"I NEVER leave reviews but have to commend the entire team at this urgent care for a wonderful experience earlier tonight. Our normally healthy child has been sick for weeks on end with a revolving door of worsening symptoms, despite multiple trips to the pediatrician’s office (who made me feel like a nuisance for being concerned and didn’t do so much as take a temperature). We were seen promptly, and EVERYONE involved - from check-in, to vitals, to case history, to Dr. V - was kind and thorough. Especially cannot say enough about the Child Life Specialist Heather and nurse Becca who used their bag o’ tricks to convince my reluctant child to cooperate for a nasal swab without anyone having to wrestle her like the Crocodile Hunter for the first time in three+ years!?! If I could give ten stars I would."

"I was beyond satisfied with the care and staff. They treated me and my son great and were super caring with him. They were able to help my baby boy and actually gave him medicine to help him feel better and not just sent me home telling me it will go away on its own like most practices. My son was diagnosed with a virus and was very dehydrated when we got there. They gave me so many ideas so help me keep my son hydrated. They even made sure he got some liquids before we left. They gave him ice pops, and they worked like a charm. I felt at ease when I left. Thank you guys so much!"

"My son has a condition that has us frequenting this urgent care more than I care to acknowledge however we have never had anything but positive experiences. We have had the pleasure of being treated Dr. Jackson on several occasions now and she is just wonderful. She takes the time to listen, she problem solves, reaches out to other members of my son’s care team and is profoundly knowledgeable and thorough. The wait times are pretty typical of an urgent care but I have nothing but the utmost appreciation for the doctors l, nurses and support staff here."

"My visit to UNC’s Children’s Urgent care was a breath of fresh air. I was seen quickly as a walk in for my son and all of the staff were excellent. Dr.Jackson took her time to make sure she got all of the information correct and answered all of my questions. Tammy the nurse was friendly and kind as well as much of the other staff I interacted with. I will definitely be returning for any of my urgent care needs!"
