"I was suppose to be placed on a waiting list months ago. I called to check on the status was told I wasn't even on it even though I was told by staff to my face is be placed on it. Called multiple times left multiple messages never got a call back. Even went as far to call the corporate number was told I would recieve a call back and never have. I have older children and they use to attend this same facility and I have never been treated like this before."
