"Is there a negative 5 stars for customer service on here? I have had 3 interactions with the front office staff at the pain clinic including the office manager. First 2 front desk staff I talked to trying to make an appointment made it seem like I was really interrupting their day and bothering them because I needed help making an appointment. Office manager called me back and asked me to explain why I felt uncomfortable coming into the office now. While I was telling her the reason why she hung up on me. An office manager hanging up on a patient needing help... upper management may need to provide more training and office staff needs alot more compassion"
