"I had to go to UNC Wake Radiology Rex several times. Each and every experience was great from beginning to end. Check in was quick and easy and Crystal was so nice. My technologist ,Megan, was very respectful to my issue and so caring. I waited no time before someone came out to get me. Results for all my exams were in my UNC Wake Radiology/Rex my chart in no time. If someone is looking to get any imaging or radiology procedure I tell all my friends and family to go to Wake Radiology Rex. Great group of people."

"My PCM recommended this location for a mammogram. Because the name specifically says, "Rex Healthcare" both my doctor and I believed they were in network with my insurance. I went to the facility 3 weeks prior to my appointment to provide my insurance information and complete new client paperwork. On the day of my appointment, I checked in and all seemed fine. The staff that did my exam and the doctor reading it were very nice and the facility seemed nice (I would give that part of the visit 4 stars.) When I checked out, they charged me my co-pay. Later, I received a bill from them for $350. When I called to ask why, they said they were out of network with my insurance. They should have mentioned this BEFORE my appointment. I provided my information in advance so they had ample time. They knew my copay amount so they had obviously verified my insurance benefits and therefore KNEW they were out of network. I did try calling them to voice my complaints, but they were not willing to even reduce the fee due to the financial hardship this created for me. I found it especially reprehensible that they would knowingly do this to a) someone getting a mammogram, as that often indicates a senior patient that might be on a fixed income, and b) someone with my insurance, which is only available to service members and their families. Wow, what a way to treat people that served their country (and don't have much financial security to show for it.) Their name is misleading and I would not recommend them due to the billing issues I had."

"I've been here several times for MRIs on my shoulder. They are not pleasant but there is no getting around that part. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Only complaint is that cell phone use is not permitted in the waiting room."
