"Best kept secret in healthcare! I had my 3D mammo done today at the Novant Breast Center in Ballantyne...in the New Ballantyne Medical Center. Outstanding job ladies! I was in and out in 15-20 mins! Special note: The robes were so nice! Extremely soft fabric and they actually fit well! Yahoo! I actually called to make my make my appointment one day and had the procedure done the very next day! I'm sure I was a little bit lucky but also . I got a hold of a scheduler who took a moment to look at the next day's schedule to check for Cancellations.. and found an opening! Great experience all around! Ladies.. make your mammogram appointments! It really can be fast and easy these days!"

"Staff was friendly and professional and checked on me during the MRI. That's why I gave the facility any stars at all. I had a very lengthy MRI (about an hour) and it could have been so much better IF the AC was working. I saw a review a month ago of someone else complaining, so clearly they haven't been able to get it fixed. For some, this may sound silly to complain about, but an MRI is hard enough already, especially one where you have to stay still for an hour. To add on that it was probably at least 80 degrees inside that tiny tube (maybe warmer) it was almost unbearable I wish they would at least give the patient a heads up so they knew what to expect going in."
