"Unless your insurance pays over the top or you can pay lots of money out of pocket do not go here. They will also find lots of "cosmetic" issues they want to fix for you. And if your insurance won't pay for x-rays once a year they will not see you unless you pay for them out of pocket. They also told me that my husband,who had been in a week earlier, had consented to and paid for his x-rays until I got him on the phone and he denied it. I also have to take meds before I go and they would not reimburse me for these even though it was a failure on their part to inform me of all these changes prior to my visit and the changes kept me from getting my teeth cleaned because I didn't have $85 on me at the time of my visit. They have really changed since we started going here and I no longer recommend them for anyone. Also, if they were all about caring for me, as they kept repeating to me during the he refusal to see me, they would not have forced me to go without a cleaning today without informing me of having to pay BEFORE today's visit. They have never had a problem with our insurance being every two years till this visit and I was never informed of this before I arrived! Update: I just received a letter from them blaming me for taking too much time arguing with them for them to properly clean my teeth. First of all, I was the first one to check in that morning at 7:30 am but was the last one shown to a room already 15 minutes after my appointment time. Then they started in on my x-ray issues before even attempting to clean my teeth. When I asked them if they were going to continue to see me or should I look for a new dentist they started being really rude and that is when I started becoming frustrated. It was their fault they didn't have time to clean my teeth because they were already 15 minutes in when I was placed in a room.....and yes I was offered x-rays every 18 months but I was not offered one free one on that day but I was told my husband had paid for his the week before and once again that was a lie that he verified on the phone while I was there. IF I HAD KNOWN ALL OF THIS BY WAY OF THE MANY COMMUNICATIONS THEY SENT ME BEFORE THE VISIT THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED! New update: I was told not to come back the day of my appointment so I should have been taken off the email list but no I just got an email to be sure and use up all my money before the end of the year!"

"Dr. Furstenberg and her staff were amazing to me! I needed an emergency extraction; she got me in quick, price was more than fair and I had little to no pain after my extraction. As someone who hates going to the dentist, I felt comfortable here. Side note: I also drove 2 hours just to see Dr. Furstenberg, if that gives any indication on how awesome she and her staff are!"

"Every time I go to Madison Dental all of the staff members goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience. The office and waiting rooms are newly updated and super clean. The girls at the front desk are friendly and always gives me a warm welcome. Melanie is the hygienist that works/cleans my teeth there and she is AMAZING….. nobody cleans teeth better than her!!! Grateful to have found a wonderful dentist office to go to!"

I originally just came for a cleaning but I ended up leaving with a plan to straighten my teeth with aligners which should be here in a few weeks. Not to mention they send you home with free teeth whitening where as everywhere else charges 100+. So glad I found them!"
