"As usual, Dr. Archer and the staff at the Northchase Pediatrics office provided us with the best care. Our baby had his two month checkup, which required vaccines. We had questions prior to the visit, which they promptly answered via the Patient Portal. As new parents, we had a list of questions to ask Dr. Archer at the appointment and he took his time with us and never made us feel like we were a burden or stupid. The nurses were wonderful while getting our baby’s stats and his vaccines were done quickly and efficiently. They also gave us a ton of formula, which is a huge help and saves us a lot of money. The only minor issue was how long the appointment took, but we were the last ones before lunch, so I get it. Overall, a great experience!"
