"Customer service sucks! The first rep hung the phone up on me and then I called back cause I was seeking a quote, spoke with the 2nd rep which she really didn’t seem interested in my call….but she took my information then place me on hold as if she was running me a quote but neverrrrr came back on the line! I still hadn’t got a call back or a response regarding the quote I requested! I don’t recommend at all and upset with the person that referred me!"

"I cannot say enough good things about Pegrams Insurance Agency. As a car dealer, we must make sure that each customer that purchases a vehicle has insurance on their new car before they leave and a high percentage of our customers will purchase their vehicle after 5 pm when most insurance agencies close their doors. Not Pegrams- they are available until late in the evening and can provide our customers with insurance quotes and then binders so they can take their new car with them. Not just that- they have the least expensive rates on insurance in the area and their customer service is top notch! What’s not to like? They are awesome!!!"
