"Had a root canal + permanent crown done with Dr. Choe at Friendly Dental in SouthPark. Just as the name promises, the staff are very welcoming and warm, and Dr. Choe was very efficient and thorough with her work. The staff at the front desk are very transparent about out of pocket costs and the costs for my treatment were less than what I heard from my previous dentist in uptown. I could not be happier with my crown and will be going to Friendly Dental for as long as I am in Charlotte!"

"I want to start off with how great this office is! Such a welcoming atmosphere. That staff are great, knowledgeable and kind. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. The office manager, Gladys, has great customer and communicated well with me. 10/10 recommend!"

"The office is very nice. There are seemingly more receptionists than there are hygienists; the first time I went I had to wait over an hour (despite having the first appointment of the day). No one updated me on how long it would take or what the hold up was, I just sat in the chair waiting for a hygienist to even greet me. When I did get seen, they took a "root x-ray" and an "additional root x-ray" which were not covered by my insurance (which is fine, but I wish they'd told me this in advance) so I would ask exactly what x-rays they're taking before you get any done. Dr. Zhang has zero bedside manner but the work she does is superb. Overall this place seems rushed, cold, & disorganized--I will be finding another dentist."

"This office only had one hygienist for such a long time - I had a cleaning scheduled and they messaged me saying their only hygienist had an emergency and had to cancel my appointment. Fine, things happen and I understand. However, when I called to re-book I was informed that cleanings were 3 months out since they only had the one dental hygienist.. obscene to have my appointment cancelled and not be able to reschedule me for a minimum of 3 months. Truly a terrible look for business. Additionally, the filling the dentist at this office did was done so poorly, I would be embarrassed as the dentist looking back at it to know I did such terrible work. I know filling molars can be difficult, particularly in the back but I can barely get floss through the tooth where the filling is/WAS since some of it has chipped now due to the shoddy job. It’s now the end of the year and I was never able to get my first cleaning re-scheduled or get my second cleaning this year. Instead of trying to stay loyal to a dentists office, I should’ve immediately switched offices when they told me cleanings would be a 3 month wait.. only reason I’m giving two stars is because I should’ve known better and switched sooner. Otherwise one star."

"Had To get a couple of fillings done was very anxious about it but Dr. Webb and her team made me feel very calm and were extremely friendly and empathetic. Dr. Webb is also very gentle and wants to make sure you feel comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend."
