"I really didn't like the fact that the late night cashier questioned if I had paid for my food after I already told him it was paid. Dude you work there and should know without payment the kitchen won't give you your order. So I pretty much got called a theif when I'm a regular customer an everyday customer at that do you even know how embarrassing that was especially with other customers in lane behind me. Your general manager will know about this as well."
"Fix your Rewards and Gift Cards. Pointless the way it’s set up - you have to go inside and that just makes both the rewards program and gift cards inconvenient. Not the cleanest location and Employees here are just rude and very unhelpful. (Comments here are from multiple experiences - not just today)"
"Yesterday the old woman working the register got mad at me when I wanted to scan my rewards card because she had already scanned hers how can an employee be standing there all day scanning a rewards card for other people's purchases. I just got home tonight and bit into my hot dog only to find a piece of white plastic inside. I'm so disgusted and completely fed up with this location."
"I have came here like 3 times over the last weekend. It is always full. Service at the register seems fast. Their women's bathroom was dirty. One of the toilets was clogged and the other had excrement on it. I went in the bathroom one of the other times and it wasn't dirty then. Ordered food from the MTO menu. That took a while."
