Lisa a sales associate called her manager and they laughed at me and said it was in wrong spot and they were not going to mark down 20 insinuating that I may have moved it.Harold told her I had not. And immediately brought it to his attention imtManager called back and honored their error. Still made me feel stupid for pointing out their error.i saved them money the price said 12.95 the correct price was 36.95!"

"I purchased an item that I should’ve paid more attention to. But however the clerk steered me toward an item months ago when another was not available. I purchased and wow not what I’d asked for. Worker need to be trained properly on brands. I didn’t pour a drop out of bottle, but broke outer seal. I think a discount would’ve been the nice thing to do but…"
