I will no longer support this business especially when y’all are prejudice and clearly don’t hold a high standard on professionalism."

"I’ve gotten my hair cut by several different stylists here and the first few actually cared how I wanted my hair to be cut. This last one was the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. For a hack job that you have to point out unevenness, no quality checks, no confirmation of how much to take off before actually cutting, a poor attitude with excuses for “everything” - go see Madison. She buzzed away on my hair and cut off literally 3 inches of it. When I asked not to take off too much after noticing a lot was being cut off, the excuse was “it has to be short in the back or it won’t blend”. No…You didn’t do your job by confirming how much to take off before hacking away. Afterwards she proceeded to walk ahead to the shampoo area. I looked at the mirror and saw all these uneven areas on the sides of my head and asked her to even it out. Her response, “you know your hair better…etc.”. No…You didn’t do your job by not checking your work. This will be the last time I ever go to this location. Advice to others: Choose your stylist carefully and stick with someone who cares about the quality of their work."
