"#1...Matt and his associates are an extremely great group of people to be in this store - friendly, very helpful, welcomes everyone into the store, store is well stocked, clean and always in order, has a great stock of shoes, offers to order if not in stock, hires the same type of people he is to work for him, they all make you feel like you are the only customer that they have even if they are extremely busy. I have seen them work with and value each customer in the store. I absolutely cannot say enough great things about the store and the employees there. I have purchased a lot of shoes from them because of the service and friends they have become."

"Despite the crowd of customers, several associates approached and offered assistance. Anna B was specifically very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to look for sizes and styles. There was a sense of urgency in ensuring we were assisted. She provided the best customer service experienced in a store in quite awhile."

"Not from around here and wanted to buy my first pair of docs. I went to a couple other shoe stores before heading over to Journeys. The atmosphere was completely different. The woman who helped me was kind, attentive and so so sweet. I cant say enough good things about her. She brought me out different styles and helped me find my good fit. I think her name was Abby or Averie? I'm not quite sure. She was very polite and I cant say enough good things."

"Just had the best experience buying a pair of shoes! Was going to another shoe store but accidentally parked on the wrong side of the mall so when I was passing journeys, I just went in to see if they had anything similar to a shoe I saw online and save myself a walk. I was greeted and was able to look on my own and saw something that might do it for me. I let them know my size and they brought out a couple different options including some they just got in. I had expressed what I liked and they were very accommodating. The shoes I landed on, they ended up not having in stock but because of my experience, I’m trusting them to have them shipped to my house. I’m super pumped for my new shoes!"

"I have to give this place a hand they went above and beyond finding my Daughter some doc martens that fit in a style she liked today the staff were extremely helpful and and nice. They had a very good selection of shoes and hard to find styles and their prices were more than reasonable. We will definitely be back in the near future."
