"I scheduled a cleaning. That's all I wanted. After an hour of my time they had taken x-rays, proposed an elaborate plan of dental care, but refused to JUST CLEAN MY TEETH. They are all about up-selling the patient. I would never trust them."

Jada and Tatum in particular were more than helpful, everything was explained to me in a clear and concise manner. I will definitely be back for further work, couldn’t have asked for a better team."

"Terrible.cannot reach the office manager to return my phone calls. I have been told repeatedly that our money has been sent back to us. I wanted this office to be good. Now I will be spreading the word how we have been mishandled. I have left over 10 messages and have been told repeatedly our money will be returned and it has been over 2 months. I should bot have to chase this. We prepaid for a procedure that was not done. I was told our money would be sent back to us. Nothing for over 2 months. I have called and called. The one time I did speak with the office manager he said he was sending it out that day. Received nothing. 5 more phone calls after that conversation and absolutely nothing"

"I hate to leave reviews like this but I feel it is necessary. I want to start by saying first that a lot of the staff here is very kind! I originally went here for extreme tooth pain and they got me in within hours which was great and why I originally went here. They determined that I would need a root canal. Again I hate to leave a negative review because a lot of the staff is nice but the dental care I received is unacceptable. Lots of miscommunication and just very unorganized. The root canal took 4 hours and the novocaine wore off and I was in so much pain I was shaking and almost passed out. They then gave me more novocaine but it was too much and my lips got so swollen. The root canal did not need to take that long and the doctor was even aware of that. It was just so painful and unsatisfactory and over a year later my tooth is STILL in pain :/ and besides that, my biggest reason for leaving this review is for the appointment that I had at 3:20 and I was not seen until after 5!!!!! And they were then closed!!! Some man working there apologized multiple times but that still doesn’t excuse me waiting over 2 hours to be seen?! It was some emergency patient or something which is understandable but they should of just rescheduled once they knew it was gonna take that long to see their other patients. They did still see me that day but it was VERY rushed , I was seen by a different dentist and they were nice but they were rushing to leave and did not do a very good job. Every time I went I had a horrible experience with pain and the time waiting, at first I tried to excuse these unacceptable problems because they were always nice and apologetic but running a professional dentist like this is not acceptable at all. The staff is kind but the dentistry work is not held to any kind of standard at all."
