"Allstate quoted me $420 month for my car insurance. My mom, dad, sister including myself have had Allstate for 20 years. I bought a new car in February. Initially, I thought it was a little high just because it's a luxurious car. However, after the 3rd month, I called and asked for a reason why it was just 59 dollars short of my car payment. They said it was because my car gets stolen often. I've had the immobilizer installed so they can't steal it how the "Kia boys" or whatever generic gang wants to try. I called Direct Auto and they quoted me $223 a month and I was blown away at the difference. She was very professional and I appreciate everything they've done so far. Nicole was nothing short of professional and knowledgeable. She worked with me and got exactly what I needed."

"DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY! Underwriting canceled our policy effective 1 month and 7 days from the start and only refunded a fourth of what I paid them. They also added a life insurance policy onto the account without my agreeing. Beware of this company as they are thieves!"
