"Surprisingly there weren't many customers there around 1:30. Phone purchasing is always slow so I expected that, but 2 young guys really acted as though they didn't want to help. I was told to go to different locations twice while they made small conversation and giggles with customers they were serving. I mean really there's a time and place for that. We are there to purchase and move on. It's a workplace not a Social Hour. You need a real Supervisor that can keep things moving in courteous way... Please respect us and our time. You're getting paid for yours. We are not."

"I went in to pick out 2 goldfish for my daughter, once she picked one out she wanted I went up to a gentleman to ask for assistance, he said he would come help. She showed him which fish she wanted, he tried to catch it but it was super fast and we lost the fish. He was very patient and kind to her, the three of us searched for the fish she wanted. We couldn't find it and she picked another one, he caught that one. She was unsure of the second one she wanted so he said take our time and keep an eye on the one we want while he helped another guest. She found one and we kept an eye on it til he came back, she showed him which one she wanted and he again was very patient and kind, and caught the fish. He handed her the bag of fish with a smile on his face and said to come back and visit him, I asked for his name told me it was Frankie. He is the most kind, patient, and gentle person I have come across in a very long time and appreciated the time and attention he gave to my daughter."

"I went to look at this aquarium kit and had some questions about it. The staff member opened the box so I could see how it looked and how it was put together. I needed to think about it so ended up ordering online the next day. Can’t wait to stock it with some small fish."
