"I stopped by your shop yesterday with my two sons, five years old and three years old. I asked if you had an appointment the answer was no. When I got to the truck, my son five years old asked why the open sign was on? I was very proud of him for being able to read open; he‘s five! when I walked back in your shop, I allowed him to ask the question to the barber. He’s around 6 foot tall, well-built, and blonde; he responded to my five year old child “if you can read that well, why can’t you read the other sign that says by appointment only!” Again my child is five in kindergarten! This is how you treat new customers and children! My child cried the entire way home. This would’ve been his first haircut with his brother that again is a child at the age of two! This is rude and unacceptable."
