His empathy and concern was very appreciated. He explained everything that he was doing and was as gentle as he could possibly be considering what had to be done. "Recently, I had a minor dental emergency (loose crown) that, unfortunately, occurred after office hours. I emailed the address given on the patient portal. A few minutes after the office opened the next day, Maria contacted me and got me scheduled for later in the day. I got in, got taken care of, and was good as new within an hour. Everyone from Dr. Martin, his dental assistants, and hygienists to the office staff and front desk always give me their best service. Everyone is always extremely professional and very friendly. I've been a patient of Dr. Martin for about 2 years. I always feel that the dental care I receive from this office is thorough and correct. I’ve been to a few dentists who I feel, in retrospect, subjected me to unnecessary procedures for the sake of profit. I believe Dr. Martin is open and transparent and gears his treatment plans towards my long-term dental health rather than increased billing. His Knoxville location is the best dental office I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of dentists in my 50 (or so) years. I’ve not visited his Crossville location but I suspect it’s likely just as good."
