"Terrible, Walk in the owner did not look up and say anything for about 5 min , I told him I had a 930 appointment and who referred me he said I was 2 cars behind smh, I gotten there at 915am. He sent A Work By the Name Raul, he came out I have him my keys , I notice he was willing off his pants so I ask him, do they use seat covers because I didn't want seat possible getting dirty, he told me Oh ist just a Lexus if you want it clean I should take it to the dealership , I TOLD HIM THAT IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT KIND OF CAR IT IS IF I DON'T WANT IT DIRTY IT SHOULDN'T BE DIRTY , HE SNATCH MY KEYS WENT IN BACK , SECONDS HE CAME OUT AND SLAM KEYS DOWN SAYS MY CAR TO NEW HIS ALINGMENT MACHINE IS TOO OLD TAKE IT TO DEALERSHIP"
