"Perfect location for us as we were traveling with electric vehicles. Right in front of the hotel has a shopping strip with restaurants and a grocery shop. Really a win! The lady at the front desk that morning was really not good. Pretended to be busy to not address any guests concerns. She was very loud chatting and cursing on the phone instead of replacing all the breakfast items missing. It was sad"

"A nice hotel. We were shoved into this hotel for a few days during the process of moving out of our in-laws place last year. (I say "shoved" because we were supposed to stay somewhere else, but our in-laws felt like getting us the cheapest hotel at the last second) I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised at what I didn't find- drama. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, they gave us more towels when we asked, and there were no drunk creeps hanging around and nothing in our room was broken or non-functioning. It's a nice stay in a nice hotel for a nice price. The only real downside is breakfast options aren't super great, and the Wendy's next door is one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I promise the hotel is indeed clean. I know this because all the roaches end up in that Wendy's instead!"

"The location was convenient however the service and conditions of the room was terrible. When a customer is trying to be polite about a situation they take it as permission to continue to behave horribly. The staff does not communicate with one another and lies. Daily housekeeping did not happen so you have to request your own additional clean towels from the front desk. If your trash is too much for the little cans in the room you are better off taking your own trash out to the outside cans in the parking lot. Management is never available when they say they will be and they refuse to take responsibility for the service of the hotel."

"Nice job of room renovations. Breakfast ok but a diabetics and dieters nightmare. Room clean, nicely painted, and soft bed but pillows were too thick (I forgot to bring my own) as they were like firm cinder block size. I would return. Walmart and restaurants across the road. Front and rear hotel access. Easy drive to PNC arena and college. Older but renovated rooms are good. Good location. Nothing fancy but not too cheap. Good refrigerator,"

"Upon arriving at the hotel we reserved a room online. The system was down when we arrived so it took about 20 minutes to check in & pay for the reservation. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. We stayed in a double bed room roomed was pretty nice and tidy other than waking up to German roaches crawling on both beds. Won’t be staying here again unfortunately."
