"We wanted a homemade cake for a friend who celebrated their birthday with us at Oak Island. Chris Townsend provided the BEST COCONUT CAKE EVER! So moist, beautiful, and not so sweet. This was a perfect cake. I am a baker and I don't think I could have done any better. This was a big hit with our friends. It was a large cake and we thought there would be lots left over. "Very small and homey feeling bakery. Multiple delicious items to choose from. I tried 3 of the cakes (strawberry, 12 layer chocolate, and pig pickin cake). All of them were very delicious. The 12 layer was especially good since it had the consistency and taste of a fudgy brownie YUM! The strawberry cake was also packed full of flavor and super moist. As someone who loves to cook and bake, I can tell they put a lot of effort and love into their products."
