"i normally have AMAZING experiences at this salon, especially with Ingrid and Marissa. They both have always given me amazing styles and haircuts. but today, I went for a simple trim of my ends and to get my curtain bangs back, and I was highly disappointed in my service. The woman I had was making a few remarks about my hair being a hassle because it was too thick, and proceeded to give me very uneven, jagged feathered bangs with layers that I did not ask for. the back of my hair is also uneven, and I am now having to fix the ends at home. the bangs themselves were incredibly uneven, and I couldn’t tell her otherwise as the damage had been done before I even knew. i understand my stylist was not feeling her best today which is completely understandable, but I would have preferred for her to pass me off to someone else, even if that meant waiting for a while longer, instead of doing a very uneven job on my hair."
