"This is based on my recent experience. Earlier it was good but recently I had bad experience when I was trying to get Gray hair blending. Customer server was not good and reception is not good. Coming to actual service, She applied the chemical and I could still see good amounts of gray hair. She said it blend soon but that didn’t happen. It was expected to stay until 6 weeks or so but it only lasted a week or 2 that’s it."

"Everytime I go, I always ask for the 2 to 1 fade and always get the 1 all around. Not only that but, before they cut my hair from the top I always tell them how much I want them to take off. It seems like either they don't know their measurements or they just don't care. For those prices you might as well go to a barber who would actually take their time in cutting your hair the way you want it. It's like they cut it the way they want to cut and not the way you want it."
