"I don't care for this location for anyone except a college student to come get their passport. The parking close to the door is non-existent. You have to park a block away and then walk a block just to get there. And there's a bunch of rude entitled colleges walking around or on some sort of scooter and driving fast in the street yelling out cuss words from the window. It was also too much. I'd rather go to a post office. Inside the actual office was no bigger than a show box making it really easy to get hit by the door when it opens the staff was older but a bit short tempered seeing how this is a college campus so I guess they treated everyone as a college student. I don't think the UNC campus should be open to non college students it puts everyone one at risk, older and younger generations."
"Quick. Only one complaint. If people have appointments there needs to be some type of booking service or person there for that - so when they are late people can be notified. I'm an alum so I'm only taking away 1 start but I waited 32ish mins for after my scheduled time. Parking also is not free here so that too and if you park in the wrong spot on campus you can risk getting a ticket so they need to fix that. Other things: they take the photos here and have apps on site and do they money orders too."
"Awful customer service. They ask you to call their number for passport appointments, but never pick up the phone. Leave a message and they will not call you back. We showed up for the 1 hour walk-in period, and were entered into a waitlist after 45 minutes, then asked to wait for longer. People that work here act like they’re doing you a huge personal favor just to talk to you."
"Dynamic customer service. The associates greeted us with warm smiles. They were friendly to my toddler, and very thorough in asurring paperwork was accurate and correct for passport."
"The ladies working there were very welcoming and was helpful with all my needs regarding my passport! I will be returning there for any thing else related. I wanna say thank you again for the help. I was able to get my passport in 3 days!"
