"I am a regular customer for past 2 years but from today I am done with them, we had very bad experience for my kid. I remember the stylist name was Karen/Van, she is a old lady with burgundy color hair and said she is working from last 4 years. She doesn’t know how match both sides and forget about haircut what she did today, it looks very odd un even everywhere. She don't even know how to do haircut to kids her hands were shaking while trimming she cut my kids skin and I saw the blood behind the ear and she tried to cover. And the way she responded was very rude. Be careful with your kids when you are going with new stylist."

"I would rate it a 0 if I could. I left out of there holding back my tears. I asked for a trim just a clean up same shape. I have a lob (long bob and it’s short in the back and goes to long in the front) I wanted 2 fingers off and the lady end cutting about 4 or even more. It’s all uneven my hair looks hideous looks like a child cut it. I have been coming here for years and it’s the first time I ever had any issues. I have a round chunky face and the hairstyle if you can even call it hairstyle because it’s not even a bob but it’s short in the back and uneven on the sides. , doesn’t suit my face. It is so unprofessional if you cut someone hair and can’t cut the style of hair they want and still proceed to cut that person hair. I am hispanic so I do have thick hair. She keep laughing at my hair how thick it is. When she sprayed my hair with water she kept spraying my face excessively. I am in tears of how horrible my hair looks and my hair takes soooo long to grow back. I would of preferred her tell me to wait for someone else who is more experienced to handle my hair type and knows how to cut the hairstyle I have and I would have patiently waiter. You can’t put back hair once it’s off. They nail my lob every time but today was different. I have a special event coming up and now I don’t even want to be seen in public. Great clips yall may not care but you have lost a faithful client today. I am so disappointed in the service that was provided today. Hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone"

"My daughter visited this salon (Mallard Creek Cochran Commons) on 7/31/23. She and I have been there many times over the last 2-3 years. It''s ok and the "previous" manager was super nice. This new manager is a total fail. She harassed my daughter with unhelpful information that was wrong even after my daughter politely told her she just wanted a cut. 3 times! She FORCED unsolicited information on my daughter. The manager had no clue about African American hair. She even asked my daughter if she owned a comb!! She wears a very close natural cut that she loves. She is gorgeous and humble. Like she models. But this MANAGER made disparaging comments about her hair, texture, etc. that made her very sad. I called of course. But this MANAGER was condescending and clueless as to why her behavior was wrong. She should not be servicing the public and she needs to go back to hair school. PLEASE. ANGRY MOM."
