"Wanted to be a transfer client and booked services for a consultation. Paid $50. Never received services or a refund and called and talk to the salon several times. Over a 3 month time span from making the appointment consultation, never received a call back but called several times and said the owner will call me but of course she never did. And they aren’t giving me my $50 nor are they pressed to make me a happy or even satisfied customer. Just had to eat the loss and go else where."
