"I am very well aware I called on short notice wich is why I wasn't expecting anything grand, however it would've been REALLY great if Micheal could've mentioned that the result we will get would probably be SO FAR from what I actually want instead of damaging my hair. He is really kind don't get me wrong respectful man but he ruined my hair. So anyways my hair was uneven because i had a wolfcut in the past and I wanted to even out my hair just a little bit somehow 90% of my hair was gone and I had this haircut about a month ago, it's still very short second, I asked for some highlights he seemed scared there wasn't alot of hair corrector so I kept asking are you sure we can do this tonight it's okay if we can't and he kept insisting saying yes we can I ended up with my whole hair being orange except the roots and it wasn't even so the under part was dark absolutely terrible service do not go there if you care about your hair."

"Didn't bother telling me he only accepts cash, cashapp or zelle until the hair appointment was over, had to walk to the ATM and eat a service fee. If he didnt have a functional card reader, that shouldve been verbalized before providing the service and i wouldve walked out the door and went somewhere else. I had to stand up the first half of the cut bc i had too long of hair to cut it with me sitting? My hair wasnt THAT long and i have never been asked to stand for a cut in my life. For reference, the pre-cut length was midway between my shoulder and elbow. He cut it EXTREMELY uneven, when I asked for an inch and half trim and he realized how uneven it was, he had to keep removing more and more. He kept saying, 'something weird is going on here' and it took him 40 minutes to get the cut even remotely straight. I asked for layers to give it some movement and body, and the layers I got are quite possibly the worst ones I've ever had- severely choppy and just all over the place and clumpy. He tried asking for $45 for the abhorrent mess he left me with."
