Quality Inn 201 Wintergreen Drive, Lumberton, NC 28358

"The room was disgusting. We traveled with a very well behaved dog and paid a pet deposit. The room available had 2 beds,stating that's all that was available. Live rifle ammunition was found on ground outside room.Acting manager very unprofessional. We reported damage after checking in and she blasted back that our dog did it. Asked for mng., none. Had to beg for corporate number. Afterwards they charged us for a tear in a sheet in a bed we didn't even sleep in. Very unprofessional. Worst experience ever! And to top it off, found these live rounds of ammo on sidewalk right outside room."

"the beds were very comfortable. The sheets were very comfortable. The room and the bathroom was a mix of some updates and some outdated furniture and bathroom shower, but everything was functional. The bedspreads did have stains on them. The morning breakfast offerings were very sparse compared to most properties. However, they did have waffles."

"Very nasty place roaches every where and they must of knew about it because when I told them about it they ask me if I wanted roaches spray and was told to take pictures of them before killing them. Was so embarrassed and in shock turn the light on and felt like we was attacked by Roaches open the fridge and more roaches. So we ended up leaving and going into another and better hotel across from it was holiday Inn which got treated even better"

"Filthy, the smell was horrible. When I complained the front desk clerk just gave me bathroom cleaner spray? No soap when I arrived. Very friendly staff, though. It must be that Management doesn't care about quality. Funny, the name is, "Quality" Inn ???? Vending room was over 100 degrees. Vending machines don't take credit cards. The floor turned my white socks black. I want a refund. But, I'd be surprised if anyone even replies to this post from Management!!"

"The person who checked me in was really nice and the beds were clean. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. The rest of the place was iffy. Mold in the shower and broken lights. But, for a dog-friendly late night stop off I95, it did what it did."
