"Check out counters are so cluttered now there is barely any room to put down your items. Rewards system is suspiciously constantly down preventing accumulating points for purchases. This delays checkout 3 out of my last 4 visits. Also register and credit card machines go down regularly exacerbating already slow checkouts. I noticed the attendant at the food area constantly standing around seems they could put a cash register there also for food only purchases. Shift change late afternoon is a nightmare for customers, avoid visiting then. Ice in soda machine has horrible taste you would never detect if drinking soda. Several requests to staff are to no avail, a simple filter or periodic bin clean out would probably fix this. Lottery process is very very slow, the cashiers must tediously staple tickets one at a time. Would be a help to add a lottery kiosk to free up employees and allow smoother check out traffic. Also they constantly pull one of two cashiers to stock items leading to increased checkout times, so if you see pumps and parking full drive to another gas station and save yourself a 10min minimum wait for checkout. Cashiers are also forced to try to sell you on sale items pulled on the counter again increasing check out time. Great location (except for traffic light problems below) and good selection makes this probably the best stop in town, maybe they could pick up customers and reduce check out times if they would address these nagging problems. On a related topic, Another big reason I hate stopping here is nearly every visit there are low class locals who insist on burning rubber at adjacent 4 way intersection, of course these people have no mufflers and the sound is very unpleasant. Franklin police seem complacent or powerless to ticket for speeding or noise ordinance in the heart of town when this could be a huge money maker for the town. Please share this problem hot spot manager and locals. I frequently don't stop at hot spot because of this in the late afternoon when traffic is highest. It would help draw more customers if kids weren't constantly assaulting customers with +130db full acceleration exhaust noise at the green light, no fuel customer enjoys this. Franklin could make thousands of dollars a day if they would address this instead of exclusively setting up speed traps at schools and on bypass. Listen for the pedal to the metal assault and like this review if you get the noise assault, and complain to the mgr"

"Great experience tonight. I went by there yesterday to get money from my bank nearby to pay the rent and they weren't selling alcohol. But around 10 p.m. I said let me call them and see if they are and they were and I said do you also have Hot dogs and she said I can throw a couple Cheddar Wursts on there. I walked 8 blocks and it was Worth It!"
