"We waited about 45 minutes for a seat and it was worth it. We were a party of 5 and we all enjoyed our meals. Our server always made sure we had everything we needed."
"69 min. to have our take out order. We had our lunch dine in and it took around 20-22min for our food to arrive. Our waiter zoe was pleasant and friendly. The food was fantastic. So at evening after our Biltmore visit, we decide to return to Texas Roadhouse and order the same food because our prior experience was exceptional. We went to the takeout window and order at 07:03pm and got the food exactly at 08:12pm. We only have 2 orders but it took 69minutes . When we first have our order, we are alone at first. Many people arrived after us and got their order. At 08:12pm, when all customer in takeout/pickup area left,then we got ours. have to ask the attendant a couple of time about our order. I understand that its Christmas and they are busy but i just dont know how to feel about this. Its so frustrating. the food doesn’t look and taste the same as what we had at lunch, it looks dry. I just lost an appetite."
"When I went on Valentine’s Day, the food and the service was not good. But when I went about a week ago, the food and the service was 10 times better my steak was cooked. Perfectly exactly how I wanted it. And the service was absolutely amazing. Took me a while to come back after my Valentine’s Day visit but definitely will be returning due to their improvement on the food and the staff."
"We arrived when the restaurant opened and I went straight to the ladies restroom which was gross. The tater skins were good and so was the burger, but the rolls were hard and the fries were really old. I sent the fries back and got a baked potato that arrived after I had finished eating the burger. We have always enjoyed eating at this location, but they really missed the mark this time."
