"The store is stocked well. The staff was friendly. Lots of interesting items. Prices were decent.The fitting room was open. Not too busy on the day I visited so parking in the small lot was ok."
"LOVED it!! Took my 2 youngest children. We're military family, and loved browsing. We checked out everything there was to see!! Picked up a good, new pair of boots for my older of the 2. As far as customer service, they are great. Very helpful when needed."
"Love this place! They give military and police discounts. If you are looking for military items, you will probably be able to find it here. If they don't have it, they might be able to order it. Always great customer service. All the folks that work there are great. Update 2/23/2023 I needed a black belt with a subdued buckle, some black BDU's, a black BDU cap, some black boot blousing bands, and some black boots. They had everything I needed. The boots run large. I had to go down 1 size. Update 10/25/2023 On this visit, I needed another BDU cap, black long-sleeved undershirt, and a Black flight jacket. The black long john undershirts ran really small, so I had to get a different type of undershirt with the thumb sleeves."
"The store has tons of military gear used or new still in the original package. The parking lot is small, and the only way to get there is off of Independence Blvd."
"Service: 10/10 I asked if I could bring my dog in, and although they said only service animals allowed, they let me bring my dog in as long as he behaved. He's not a service dog Cleanliness: 10/10 Very clean and actually smells good. Most TA-50 smells like stale puke but this place smelled nice Staff: 10/10 Very friendly, answered all my questions and was eager to help. Atmosphere: 10/10 I could spend hours snooping and browsing here. Busy: 3/10 Not busy but regular traffic Value: 5/10 Ah here it is. I really don't like seeing too much Rothco stuff in military surplus stores, it's not the best quality (although they have been improving) I personally think Rothco should be boycotted until they improve and can compete with at least mid grade brands. That being said, I did buy a Rothco retractable ASP, it seems sturdy enough, let's see if it's worth the money Overall: 10/10 Definitely recommend this place, nice owners and a really awesome variety. We'll organized too."
