"It took them 20 minutes to make my sandwich. The restaurant only had 10 people in it many of which with their meals already and only one to go order. There was only one worker that was being trained by another worker that was actually making sandwiches There were seven or eight employees standing around on their phones doing nothing. this is a good way to make your customers feel like your time is more valuable then theirs."

"Food is always great I always get the steak and cheese the food isn't the problem, it's the hateful workers the caisher (I didn't catch her name but she had glasses and brown hair) was being so hateful with us and pretending like she couldn't hear us and the cook was just as bad I though my grandparents got 2 subs so I asked if the 2nd one was being made and instead of being kind and telling me there was just one sub on the order they wanted to throw their hands around and get all upset like a child the cook had a pony tail but all of the cooks were acting that way terrible service"

"We stopped by for a quick lunch, not wanting anymore fried chicken. We could choose the size of our subs, and substitute crisps/cookies for a side salad. Our subs were full of flavour, and prepared when we ordered. We liked the idea behind the restaurant also. We were surprised it wasn't busier, but it was pretty rainy when we went."

"Good food. Drink machine with over 100 choices. Good variety of chips for selection. Our extremely picky eater got the Grilled Cheddar Cheese combo and said it was the best grilled cheese she's ever had and rated it a 10/10! She also loved the Firehouse Cherry Limeade. I noticed they have a gluten free option too."

"Visited the Pigeon Forge location of Firehouse Subs this afternoon (10 May, 2021) and their business was pretty much steady during the time of our visit. While they do have a limited number of four (4) seat tables available for seating/dining inside (total of six (6) available inside), they all stayed pretty much occupied, as well as a couple of the outdoor tables, while we were there. AND I'll applaud the staff because when diners at a table would vacate, someone was promptly there to clean and disinfect the table before it was used again. Kudos Firehouse Subs! Got my usual fav, the Italian Sub 'fully involved', and today added the 5 Cheese Mac 'n Cheese as a side. The Italian Sub was it's usual wonderfully flavorful self. I've eaten at several locations of Firehouse Subs in multiple States and most of them produce a wonderful product, the Pigeon Forge location is among them. The 5 Cheese Mac 'n Cheese is good, but for the price I expect better. While it's not horrible, I've had a lot of Mac 'n Cheese that was much better. Can't wait for things to return to a more normal as far as indoor dining goes so that this franchisee can take advantage of the extra indoor seating they have available, including the 'Bunkhouse' which was closed off today. Wouldn't hesitate to return to this Firehouse Subs location to eat, and very well may do so while I'm visiting the area."
