"I used to love to go here yet last time I went to pick up my food they forgot my chips and so the same day I called and told them that I ever received my chips and was already back at work so couldn’t come all the way back so they stated they could give me a refund on them and that it would take 3-5 business days however now it’s been almost over 2 weeks and I still haven’t received anything cause this was in Dec. 15th honestly ridiculous."
"We ate here for the first time and were quite happy with everything. We ordered delivery to our home. The sandwiches were big and plentiful. The taste was really good. I ordered the super club and wow... I'm not sure I'll try any other sandwiches for the next few visits. I can't imagine that their other sandwich choices aren't just as good. It's a definite preference over subway, ANY DAY!"
"Decided to grab a sub and ordered online. Asked sub be cut once light on mayo, mustard, and wrapped tight. Get home open and it was intentionally wrapped loose, double mayo and mustard, and cut in fourths. Damn shame you pay this much for a sandwich and some simple request cant be followed. Don't need a reply just won't be back. And, thank you for the soupy falling apart sandwich, least you got the double meat request right."

"Meh... The Italian sandwich that I had was okay... It was made with quality ingredients... For some reason this sandwich turned soggy in no time.. and I ate my sandwich right there at the store. It would appear that the music they were playing in this store was selected for the staff's enjoyment with no regard to the customers... The song that was playing when I first sat down was all about suicide... Really?.. come on people!"
