"The payment policy of this company is just not right. They require you to pay 100% upfront just to book your party. Other gaming trucks require just a deposit, at most 50%. There is also no refund after just a short amount of time after booking, regardless of reason for cancelation. My son contracted covid 2 days before his party and now has to spend his birthday quarantined. Rescheduling is not something that works in our situation for a whole host of reasons. I explained all of this to the company but they don't care. I'm sure the party would have been amazing if it could have happened, and the reviews for the company given by people who had their party is accurate. But this refund policy really needs to be rethought."

"Hiring Rockin Rollin Video Games and Backyard Laser Tag was the best thing I ever did for Youth Central in NC!!!!! We had approx. 50 youth and the team of Kevin and Kevin could not have been better!!! The guys really participated with the group and made the games so much fun for them. The video game truck kept everyone entertained both inside( with age appropriate games) and outside with interactive screens! We interchanged the video game truck with Backyard Laser Tag...and wow what a winning combo. Everyone had a blast and didn't want to leave....me either! You have got to hire this company for your next "Anything" Party. They do all the work and you get all the praise! The price was very fair and our gang was begging for us to hire them again. WE WILL. Perfect for age 5 to Infinity...."

"I am the Family Services Coordinator for Habitat for Humanity in Moore County, North Carolina. We hired Rockin' Rollin'Video Game Party for a Habitat Neighborhood event last Friday night. It was a marvelous success. Dozens of youngsters playing video games and dancing to the outside screens. The little ones enthralled with the giant jenga. One four year old waited not too patiently for the jenga to fall because her greatest pleasure was stacking it up again! The game coaches called early in the week and again the day of the event to verify all the details. They arrived a full hour before the event to set everything in place. They (Kevin and Chico) engaged the children, kept the lines moving and danced with the outside screens. It was such a success that the Executive Director of the affiliate, who was in attendance with her children, requested that we use the trailer every three months for this recurring homeowner event.
