"We ordered a build a bear online for my daughter to put her pacifier in and we went in store and got it unstuffed and restuffed so she could have the experience and everyone in the store just seemed miserable and the person helping us made me put the pacifier in instead of her (which I wanted her to do it so she understood where it was going) and then sewed it up horribly because as soon as we left my daughter pulled the string out with one pull so now I have to hide it until we can sew it up ourselves."

"My youngest grandson's first build a bear experience and he was amazed at the stuffing process. Only problem was trying to get an almost two year old to decide which one to choose. He walked out proudly with his bag on his arm!"

"The toy seam came apart within an hour of getting it. The staff did not make it a good experience for my child, they were unhappy and disinterested in everything. Not nearly the experience it should have been."

"All the workers here were AMAZING and my daughter had a great time. The manager of this establishment on the other hands… such a B and rude, when all I did was ask for a refund of $10 that was accidentally charged onto my purchase of $70 worth of a bear and clothes. Didn’t tell me sorry for the inconvenience, didnt try to problem solve the situation, didn’t even acknowledge I was standing there when one of the workers went to get her from the back. All she said out loud was “can’t do a refund.” And continued to talk over me when I was explaining what happened, and I was very polite and trying to not give her a hard time because I’ve worked retail and I totally understood what was going on. She just kept repeating “can’t do a refund, can’t do a refund” any time I tried to explain what happened. I guess one of the workers told me something incorrectly and that’s how I got charged extra money. The manager said “no she told you the correct thing” the manager wasn’t even there when the worker was checking me out."

"We had actually come into the mall yesterday to get a dress for her daughter's upcoming dance and she reminded me that stitch was coming out at built a bear ....could we stop in and see if he was there yet. She loves collecting Lilo & Stitch stuff and even goes to Hawaii every summer. Well low and behold there's only one left in the whole store so of course we had to get him so all the kids decided to make a build a bear! The staff is very friendly and outgoing. They had a great time."
