"Super ghetto & ignorant EMPLOYEES!.. I go in there today to exchange 3 pair of pants that my daughter couldn’t fit! Never worn just tags missing on 2 of them because my daughter always takes the tags off before she put them on…Couldn’t exchange the two without tags claimed it was policy…HMM OK…(did it before at concord but whatever).. The most ignorant and just plain disgusting little human decides to practically yell “you can exchange only this pair at the wall” then proceeds to yell on her walkie talkie to another employee to watch me because I had THEIR store bag with shoes I was taking back from another store and the two pair of pants I couldn’t exchange in it! Then the listening employee yells even louder and says “IM WATCHING HER, I SEE HER RIGHT HERE WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!”… & even WORSE a manager was stacking pants right BEHIND ME!…If I didn’t need the couple of shirts and the 2 more pair of pants i got for a trip, I wouldn’t have spent a single dollar! I’ve worked in customer service for 10yrs and this experience took the cake of the most ignorant situation I’ve ever been in!! Little miss cashier, for a cashier 101 tip..If you that hard up on catching thieves just keep all bags behind the register & Next time make sure the receiver you’re calling for has her headset hooked into the walkie talkie..I will NEVER step foot in this ghetto establishment & I will make SURE all family and friends knows about this horrible place…Corporate will hear from me first thing in the morning!"

"Ordered online for pickup. Came the next day to get said order. ‘We could only find one shirt in the right size’. I didn’t get notification. I didn’t get a phone call or email or text or anything. And it was listed as in stock in that location online. Furthermore, the store is totally unorganized. It looks awful. Pineville location is much nicer. Will never go here again."

"The new return policy is very bias. It does not take into consideration items which may have been given as a gift. I'm really disappointed that I cannot exchange some baby items that still have the tags on them. The items were given as gifts but they were not worn due to the season changing. I did not want a refund but a simple exchange for a different size. Going forward I will shop at GapKids or Target."
